This position offers an ideal platform to expand your knowledge of Human Resources, people processes and help us grow the HR Operations capability. The position will be based in **Spain**or** Portugal** and will support our EMEA operations.
**What role will you play?**
As a member of our HR Operations team, you will support the end-to-end people processes across the employee life cycle.
- Update and maintain employee HR data
- Manage data reporting, ad hoc data requests, data quality and data audits
- Deliver recurring and ad hoc reports and report development
- Share insights and make recommendations to support operational decisions
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools
- Initiate and lead projects and initiatives
**Who are you today?**
We are looking for someone with a hands-on approach to building and delivering best-in-class HR operations support to our team.
- You are detail oriented, well-organized and enjoy bringing structure to projects through work-planning, list-making and efficiency
- Strong/effective verbal and written communication to be able to interact at different levels of the organization, from Executive down to technicians and operators.
- You are in a position to effectively work in a remote setting across time zones
- Good analytical, problem-solving and strong written English language skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and to work effectively under pressure to deadlines
**Qualifications / Experience**:
- You have a Graduate degree
- You have minimum 3 years of HR operations experience, ideally in management consulting
- Demonstrated experience with industry standard HR Information systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and team-working attitude to be able to work in multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams
- High level of proficiency with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Fluency in both written and spoken English. Other languages will be a plus
