We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Data Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Data Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our data assets to support our business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Defining Data Quality Requirements and operational processes
- Developing Data Cleansing Plan and Data Cleansing Approach including monitoring of data cleanse status
- Assessing current state data quality processes and procedures and overall data quality

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management or similar
- Experience of managing data environments in multi functional ERP programme
- Experience of establishing, improving and monitoring data quality
- Experience of establishing and monitoring data quality during project lifecycle
- Good communication skills for collaborating with data owners in the business
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus
