**About the role - What’s your purpose?**

Founded in 2013, Signal AI, has achieved a global leadership position in the market for reputation management, serving over 800 blue chip global clients.

Following 12 months of intensive market research and over 70 customer interviews, Signal AI has decided to exploit its technology, data and reputation management expertise to develop a new set of solutions that service the Enterprise Risk Function with external intelligence and risk surveillance.

To drive this business strategy forward we are looking for accomplished data analysts to join our risk research hub in Lisbon.

In this role you will transform raw data into insights that inform C-Suite enterprise risk strategy and tactics.

You'll turn our first-of-its-kind Risk platform-which quantifies external risk indicators into advanced analytics - into storytelling that enables the risk function to act more proactively.

You will uncover the external risks that are most impacting a sector or company and structure dashboards and reports that combine strategic external insights with evidence to drive recommendations on risk surveillance.

As part of your role, you will work with our SaaS platform and work on the development of risk benchmarks and impact frameworks. In addition to client projects, will also collaborate closely with the Growth Marketing team to raise awareness of Signal AI in the risk sector.

**Must-have skills**:

- Understanding of the imperatives of business and/or risk professionals, with some experience in fundamental market, business or company analysis
- Passion for diving into the data, interpreting insights and writing recommendations which will be C-Suite ready
- Proven skills with statistical tools and experience in developing rigorous analytics models
- A keen sense for copywriting to help editoriolise and “TL;DR '' your research into business insights to be shared with C-Suite risk leaders.
- We’ll provide you with the most advanced analytics suite to make sense of millions of data points—but you’ve got a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality: you enjoy looking for the data points that tell executives where the risks are in their external operating environment
- The ability to communicate complex insights in a relatable way; proven ability to create data narratives using visualisations that are C-Suite ready

**Nice-to-have skills**:

- PowerPoint skills to visualise and cogently convey your findings for our customers, bringing the data to life in a way that focuses attention on what matters.
- Familiarity with social listening / media monitoring tools

**Day-to-day tasks**
- Work with analytical tools, such as PowerBI to generate risk insights for Fortune 1000 companies on a monthly, quarterly or ad hoc basis
- Work with data engineers to develop and refine analytical models across different data formats, such as social media, dark web, premium news, SEC filings, company reports and other data sets
- Refine data visualisations and create C-Suite reports with insight validation and commentary on external risk that are most associated with a company, industry or executive
- Work with product and data science teams to continually refine analytical models and data outputs
- Contribute as part of a Signal AI client team to client engagements, including presenting risk reports to C-Suite executives

Compensation Range: €42K - €50K
