The International Mobility Recruitment Department is dedicated to enhancing the mobility of IT professionals throughout Europe, facilitating the placement of talents in the various markets where it operates.

**Position**: Identity Access Management Specialist**

**Location**: Lisbon

**Hybrid**: 2 times a week at the client's office

**Mandatory Languages Required: and English (minimum B2) French (minimum B2)**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and methodical **Access Management Support Specialist** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing user and e-banking accounts, handling access rights, and supporting identity and access management (IAM) processes.

**Required Skills and Tools**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with Active Directory
- Knowledge of RSA and HID MFA platforms
- Familiarity with Azure Entra-ID and O365
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Excellent phone and oral contact capabilities
- Organized, rigorous, and able to handle repetitive tasks with precision
- Ability to manage work priorities and perform well under pressure
- Team-oriented with a strong sense of service

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage user and e-banking accounts, access rights, and roles following defined policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular reviews of user access for compliance with security standards.
- Respond to and resolve IAM-related issues and inquiries in a timely manner, in collaboration with other teams.
- Ensure all access right requests are processed correctly and within contractual deadlines.
- Perform password resets and provide phone support to clients.
- Participate in weekend and holiday standby rotations when required.
