**About the job** The Certification - Internal Reporting Officer mission is to ensure the adequacy of the control framework while guaranteeing the quality and relevance of the controls and update them according to the identified needs. **Responsabilities** - Contribute to the execution of the different accounting operational controls under the BSO (Banking Services Operations) and CTO’s (Corporate Trust Operations) scope. - Contribute to the proper functioning of the control scheme. - Contribute to the accounts’ monthly certification. - Contribute to the relationship with internal clients: Paris Dual, Operational Sectors, OPC, ORC, Finance and others. - Cash and securities bank accounting: matching and reconciliation control; justification of pending amounts; analysis and follow-up of the regularizations; accounts’ balances of abnormal direction. - Manage Physical Securities, ODM ("ordre de mouvement") and BRN ("bordereau de référence nominative"). - Deal with client short positions and depositaries breaks. - Client securities accounting SCC: sensible roots, exceeded settlement dates, quantities not multiple of the face value; restrictions; roots with abnormal direction. **Profile and Skills to Success** - Bachelor’s degree- Fluent (C1-C2) level of English- Attention to detail- Ability to collaborate- Good organizational skills- Ability to synthetize#LI-Hybrid **Why joining BNP Paribas?** - **Leading banking institution** BNP Paribas is the European Union’s leading bank, and key player in international banking.
