INTERNAL CONTRACT MANAGEMENT OFFICER (JOB NUMBER: 2404LCF18160) **About the job** - The Internal Contract Management Officer supports the management of internal contracts for intragroup outsourcing and shoring activities that cover the operational, financial and legal relationships between the service providers and the beneficiaries of the services **Your Main Activities Are** - Manage internal contracts (drafting, validation, signature, archive, and renewal processes) for intragroup outsourcing and shoring services - Coordinate the local service risk assessments with support functions for the insourcing of intragroup activities - Perform the operational management of the databases, reportings and associated governance - Participate to regulatory and market watch campaigns on outsourcing - Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the governance, methods, processes and tools of the team - Support when required internal audit or Inspection Générale missions **Profile and Skills to Success** - Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Finance and Accounting - 2 years of experience in Legal, Audit or Risk and Controls - Excellent communication skills and Fluency in English - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools - Ability to manage a project and to facilitate a meeting - Strong organizational skills, with a results driven mindset - Critical thinking, attention to detail and analytical ability - Ability to collaborate with others and to develop and leverage networks LI-Hybrid **Why joining BNP Paribas?** - **Leading banking institution** BNP Paribas is a leader in the Eurozone, and a prominent international banking institution with strong roots in Europe's banking history.
