**Profile**
- 7 years of experience;
- Experience in Quality Management (at least 3 years);
- ITIL certification;
- Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive;
- Team-work driven;
- Good analytical skills;
- Excellent communication skills:

- Fluency in **_English_** is mandatory;
- Notions of **French;**:

- Hybrid work in the office in **_Lisbon _**(1/2x per week).
