Internal Contract Management Officer

**About the job** The Internal Contract Management Officer supports the management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for intragroup outsourcing and shoring activities that cover the operational, financial and legal relationships between the service providers and the beneficiaries of the services. **Your Main Activities Are** - Manage Service Level Agreements (drafting, validation, signature, archive, and renewal processes) for intragroup outsourcing and shoring services. - Coordinate the local service risk assessments with support functions for the insourcing of intragroup activities. - Perform the operational management of the databases, reporting and associated governance. - Participate to regulatory and market watch campaigns on outsourcing. - Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the governance, methods, processes and tools of the team. - Support when required internal audit or IG missions. **Profile and Skills to Success** - Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Law or related areas - 2 to 4 years relevant experience in Management, Engineering or Law, - English fluent (mandatory) - Proficient in content management Microsoft Sharepoint - Expert in Microsoft Excel - Proficient in Risk Management and Analysis - Proficient in Banking Law - Ability to collaborate and work as a team - Analytical ability and results driven - Excellent organizational skills LI-Hybrid **Why joining BNP Paribas?** - **Leading banking institution** BNP Paribas is a leader in the Eurozone, and a prominent international banking institution with strong roots in Europe's banking history.
