**About the job**

The IT Contracts and Invoices Management Officer mission is to locally support the Head of perimeter with designated site management tasks as well as execute tasks related to IT consultancy for on-shore stakeholders under the supervision of the perimeter CIO’s assistant

The IT Contracts & Invoices Management Officer
- reports locally to the Head of WMIS Lisbon
- reports centrally to Paris, to WM CIO´s assistant

**Your Main Activities Are**

The main tasks as Contracts & Invoices Management Officer will be to
- Ensure the IT consultancy contracts finalization as per legal and procurement requirements
- Ensure the follow up of the related invoices- Validation
- Payment
- Answers to external companies’ questions

The job position requires also organisation skills as per the tasks below
- Agenda updates for senior managers
- Travels organization
- Liaising with facilities or IT for a team of about 55 persons (eg: new joiners process)

**Profile and Skills to Success**

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and Computer Science

At least 5 years of Experience in Administrative Support

Proficiency in Ms Office Pack (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Fluency in English

Analytical Ability

Ability to understand, explain and support change

Organisational skills

Communication skills
