**WORKPLACE**:Lisbon (Hybrid)**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- In external contract management: registering the need for new contracts reported by project managers or department heads, as well as understanding the key elements required for contract drafting;
- In internal contract management: ensuring the follow-up and coordination of the SLA/OLA renewal for the WM Head Office with other group entities;
- Supporting the team in drafting contracts and SLAs, monitoring updates from various contributors, and ensuring consistency with the organization's rules and requirements;
- Contributing to continuous improvement by promoting alignment with Procurement and Software Management teams;
- Collaborating in the creation of awareness materials regarding IT contract practices and standards.

**PROFILE**:

- Higher education in Information Technology or related fields;
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in IT;
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in Quality Management;
- ITIL certification;
- Fluency in English and good knowledge of French;
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking;
- Coordination skills and ability to respect a defined scope and time frame;
- Excellent organizational, time management, and autonomy skills.
