Internal Contract Management Officer

About the Job

The SLA Management Officer supports the management of Service Level Agreements for intragroup outsourcing and shoring activities that cover the operational, financial and legal relationships between the service providers and the beneficiaries of the services.

Your Main Activities Are

Manage Service Level Agreements for intragroup outsourcing and shoring services

Coordinate the local service risk assessments with support functions for the insourcing of intragroup activities

Perform the operational management of the databases, reporting and associated governance

Participate to regulatory and market watch campaigns on outsourcing

Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the governance, methods, processes and tools of the team

Support when required internal audit or IG missions

Profile and Skills to Success

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Law, International Relationships, Political Sciences or any similar areas

Up to 3 years of experience in audit, risk or legal.

Advanced level of English fluency, both oral and written

Great knowledge in Microsoft Tools, namely Excel and PowerPoint

Strong analysis capacity, rigor and accuracy, dynamism, autonomy, organization and responsibility
