**About the job**
- Smartsourcing & Management Office is part of the COO department of BNP Paribas in Portugal. The team supports the management, growth and transformation of Portugal Territory by providing business and contract management, project management office, advisory and project delivery services. Made of 50+ individuals, the team supports all businesses in Portugal and has developed over the past years a solid experience and expertise in delivering projects and industrializing processes, while complying with internal policies and regulations
- Part of the Smartsourcing & Management Office, the Internal Contract Management team supports the management of intragroup contracts for outsourcing and shoring services, Group wide. The team now seeks for a Intragroup Contract Management Senior Project Management Officer to handle and develop further its activities
- The mission of the Intragroup Contract Management Senior Project Management Officer is to design and own the Intragroup contract management framework & governance, lead and supervise its implementation, and manage the catalogue of services for intragroup outsourcing and shoring services.The Senior PMO fulfils a variety of functions on a day-to-day basis, including the gathering data about the progress of key initiatives, producing reports, developing processes and encouraging (or enforcing where necessary) the use of those processes/standards
**Your Main Activities Are**
- Support contracts delivery, on time and on quality, by ensuring appropriate staff allocation in line with business needs and priorities (capacity management), acting as single point of contact for Beneficiaries and local stakeholders
- Recruit staff, define their responsibilities, and set individual and collective objectives to allow performance to be assessed. Provide staff guidance, training and support in order for them to achieve their objectives
- Ensure implementation of appropriate framework and governance on each scope of team’s mandate and contribute to its enhancement and optimization.
- Implement Continuous Improvement best practices & tools (Service catalogue evolution, methods, processes and tools) and spread a culture of continuous improvement within the teams
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key Beneficiaries and local stakeholders and teams through regular interactions when and wherever necessary
- Develop people by providing daily coaching and regular performance feedback to team’s members, support definition of standard grades (position) and job descriptions, ensure development of soft and hard skills within the team and support definition of standard career path for team’s members.
- Produce appropriate dashboards and analysis for reporting and decision making purposes
- Provide transparency to management and a vision to the team to obtain alignment of the staff to the strategy of the department
**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Project Management and Consulting, Risk and Controls or Banking and Financial Opeartions
- Masters degree in Business Management or Economics, Finance and Accounting
- Fluency in English - mandatory
- Proficiency with MS Office Tools
- Ability to adapt to any situation
- Ability to develop and leverage networks
- Ability to lead and manage a project
- Comfortable in managing or facilitaiting a meeting, seminar, committee or training
