**Your mission**:
As a **Retail Care Representative**, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners and consumers. You will be responsible for providing personalized support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for our retail customers and final clients.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers, sales associates, and other key stakeholders to foster collaboration and partnership;
- Proactively engage with retail partners to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling;
- Process retail orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment of products to retail stores;
- Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and retail partners to communicate performance insights and recommendations;
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the retail customer experience and streamline processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide product information, usage instructions, and troubleshooting guidance to consumers, ensuring they have a positive experience with our products;
- Document consumer interactions, complaints, and resolutions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system for tracking and reporting purposes;
- Stay informed about our products, policies, and procedures, participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

**Your profile**:

- 2 years of experience in customer service, consumer care, or related roles;
- Fluent in French (mandatory) & English is a plus;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with consumers, build rapport, and communicate effectively across diverse channels;
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service;
- Sales acumen and a results-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth;
- Available for hybrid work.
