Join us** **Your mission will be** - Supporting the Cybersecurity Awareness and Curriculum service by executing key operational and administrative tasks that contribute to the success of our initiatives. - Assisting in the creation and delivery of training materials and resources that align with our services objectives. - Managing day-to-day tasks and tackling new challenges as they arise, whether it's coordinating events, or brainstorming creative ideas for new initiatives. - Contributing to the growth of our cybersecurity culture by bringing fresh ideas and a proactive, "can-do" attitude. - Updating, maintaining, and creating SharePoint sites to ensure a seamless and organized experience for team members and stakeholders. - Curating, designing, and publishing engaging cybersecurity training content for platforms like Viva Engage and other communication channels. **We are looking for someone with** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Communication and related areas. - An interest in cybersecurity, even if you don’t have a formal background in the field, curiosity and willingness to learn are key. - Previous experience or interest in creating engaging trainings, workshops, or educational materials is a significant advantage. - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and completing tasks independently. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively share ideas and updates across teams. - Openness to work with tools like SharePoint, Viva Engage and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with graphic design or content creation tools is a plus. - A “jack of all trades” mindset—flexible, adaptable, and eager to step in where needed. **We don’t need superheroes, just super minds.** **We are thrilled to have**: A 12-month internship with allowance on a hybrid and flexible working model designed to enhance your work-life balance while supporting your studies.
