IT System Administrator

**Responsibilities**:

- Install/Configure and maintain hardware and software systems (desktops, laptops, printers, access control devices and other IT peripherals.)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and provide technical support to end-users.
- Assist senior IT administrators in maintaining and monitoring network infrastructure (switches, firewalls, access points, etc.)
- Monitor system performance and resource utilization and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide IT training and support to end-users.
- Assist in implementing IT policies and procedures.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.

**Qualifications**:

- Technical Skills (Must Have):
- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT support, administration, or engineering.
- Proven experience in networking skills.
- Strong technical background, logic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of maintaining performance and composure under demanding conditions.
- Adept at managing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Technical Skills (Good to have):
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure ecosystem, such as Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.
- Knowledge in ITIL, helpdesk system, and customer service.
- Added advantage with AWS, hosting experience, or other cloud-based security platforms
- Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW)
- IT Asset Management
- Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Practical experience in CCNA or equivalent job tasks.

**Education**:

- Diploma/bachelor's in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.**Travelling**:
