We're looking for a talented Junior HR Generalist to help us achieve our goals and maintain an exceptional employee experience.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Validate new hire documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support the onboarding process by assisting with orientation, training, and helping new employees acclimate to our company culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide HR assistance and guidance in areas such as employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in our system.
- Assist with various HR projects and events, such as employee wellness programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employee recognition efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in HR functions, showcasing a solid understanding of HR processes and practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all HR activities.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Portuguese and English C1 level
