Qual é o trabalho?
- Atender, assistir e apoiar os clientes através dos meios de comunicação da empresa;
- Apoiar o cliente no esclarecimento de todas as questões, na apresentação de soluções e ao longo de todo o processo, mantendo a qualidade do serviço;
- Acompanhar a carteira de clientes;
- Manter os indicadores de retenção dentro do estabelecido pela empresa;
- Demais rotinas de serviço de atendimento ao cliente.
Quem buscamos?
- Gosto pela área de atendimento e serviços de apoio ao cliente;
- Valorizamos experiência em ambiente de call center, apoio ao cliente e retenção;
- Capacidade analítica, comunicativa e proatividade;
- Resiliência e orientação à resultados;
- 12º ano de escolaridade ou cursando ensino superior;
- Excelente comunicação escrita e verbal;
- Conhecimentos em excel.
