About the Company:

The Profile:
- You hace excellent communication skills in German and Fluent in English (C1)
- Proactive and enthusiastic individual
- Open to learn everything about customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Available from Monday to Friday, between 8h00 to 18h00
** Experience in telephone customer service is a plus, but not required
Your responsibilities:
- Assist with orders, deliveries, payments, returns and exchanges
- Provide information about products
- Report the necessary matters and issues to other departments
