**About the Company**:
Google Ads is an online advertising platform where users bid to display brief advertisements, service offerings, product listings, or videos to web users. It can place ads both in the results of search engines like Google Search and on non-search websites, mobile apps, and videos.

**The Profile**:

- You are fluent in German and proficient in English (B2).
- You are open to learning everything about new technologies.
- You can explain technical terms in an understandable way, and you like to help people and resolve their problems.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Respond to inbound customer requests.
- Document relevant case information.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
