**German Speaking User Support Advisor - Lisbon, Portugal**

**Salary**: €18,500 gross/year + monthly meal and transport allowance
**Hours**: 40 hours/week, rotational shifts (Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00, Monday-Sunday)

Streaming services are transforming the way people watch TV, and we’re looking for German-speaking talent to be part of this exciting shift. Based in the vibrant, seaside city of Lisbon — with its blend of historic charm and modern architecture — you’ll enjoy great weather, beautiful beaches, and an international work environment.

**About the Role**
While the role covers multiple support channels, most interactions are through live chat, so you’ll need to multitask and handle multiple conversations at once.

**What You’ll Do**
- Provide outstanding customer service in German (with English as a secondary language)
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions
- Assist with account management, password resets, and video posting
- Maintain a positive, professional approach in a fast-paced environment

**What We’re Looking For**
- Fluency in German + good command of English
- Previous call centre/customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Adaptability to changing processes and environments
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple live chats
