**German-speaking B2B customer advisor in Lisbon**

Are you a German-speaker and want to start a career in the tech industry? We want to meet you We are in search of you to provide B2B Customer Support for Microsoft in Lisbon.

**MPN Frontline Partner Advocate with German in Lisbon**

As a German-speaking MPN Frontline Partner Advocate, you will support Microsoft corporate clients via telephone and written customer advice.

**Your Profile**:

- You are fluent in German and proficient in English(B2).
- You have great communication skills and empathy.
- You are able to work from Monday to Friday.
- You are an EU resident, or you have a valid work permit.

**Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Advise and support Microsoft corporate customers on questions about products and services.
- Contact business customers via inbound calls and online chat.
- Offer customer-oriented solutions for all inquiries.
- Advise partner companies on technical services and products.
