About the Role As a German-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking clientele, providing exceptional service and support. This is a crucial role where you will use your communication skills daily to ensure customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat in German and English. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information regarding products, services, or accounts efficiently and accurately. Document all customer interactions and resolutions clearly in the company's CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up. Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive customer experience with every interaction. Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company's values and commitment to service excellence. What We Are Looking For (Must-Haves) Language Proficiency:Fluent/Native German (C1/C2 level) is essential. Fluent English (minimum B2 level) for internal communication and documentation. Work Eligibility: You must hold one of the following valid documents:Valid Residency Card (valid for more than one year). EU/EEA Citizenship. Refugee Card. On-Site Commitment: Ability to work on-site in our Lisbon office. What Makes You a Great Fit (Good to Have) Prior experience in a Customer Service, Call Center, or BPO environment is a plus, but not a requirement. We provide comprehensive training Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills. Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills. A positive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive approach to work. Work Schedule and Compensation Shifts: Rotative shifts, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 06:00 and 22:00. Days Off: Saturday and Sunday. Commute Support: We recognize the challenge of early shifts and will provide an Uber allowance of up to €25.00 for your commute to start the 06:00 shift. Equipment: All necessary work equipment will be provided by the company.
