**The Role**:
**This is your new job in Lisbon if**
- You have excellent communication skills in German
- You are able to work 160h/month in shifts from Monday through Friday between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm
- You have great communication skills
- You hold first class interpersonal skills
- You are EU resident or you have a valid work permit

**Previous experience in Customer Care or Sales is a plus

**Your day to day at work**:

- Support business customers via telephone and written customer advice from Lisbon contact center
- Assist B2B customers with their concerns, solving basic technical issues
- Process issues related to payment transactions and contracts
- Manage customer data
