**About the Company**:
Enter the mobile radio industry working for Salt. With its significant progress in terms of 4G availability and connectivity, they are leading the telecommunications industry.

**The Profile**:

- Your language is German and Fluent in English (B1)
- You enjoy helping people
- You have computer skills and technical understanding
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You are passionate about telecommunications
- You have problem-solving skills

**Your responsibilities**:

- Support through the use of exclusive tools that are not available to employees in the Salt Shop in Switzerland.
- Offer technical supports (billing questions and basic technical questions)
- Process of issues relating to payment transactions, the contract, serious management of customer data, and much more.
- Solve daily problems
