**Your mission**
Your responsibilities encompass integral contributions to the establishment of financial planning, budgetary oversight, development of control and reporting protocols for the operational unit area. Additionally, you will conduct in-depth analysis of financial data and outcomes, provide comprehensive reports on your findings, and formulate recommendations and actionable strategies in alignment with the financial and business plan. These efforts are aimed at offering guidance and support to management in achieving objectives related to efficiency, cost management, sales, and the distribution of profitability.
**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Master degree in Finance, controlling, Economy, Accountancy or equivalent field of study
- Proficiency t in MS OFFICE - Excel
- Strong analytical skills are crucial for this role
- Familiarity with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws is vital to ensure the company's financial practices are in compliance.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial planning is essential
- Staying updated on industry trends, financial best practices, and regulatory changes is crucial for professional growth
- Good communication skills
- English language proficiency
