**Project Controller**:
A Asseco procura integrar um Project Controller na unidade PMO & Quality Certification.

**Função**:
No contexto da Asseco PST, a equipa de (PMO & QC) suporta a entrega de projetos, analisando e avaliando os resultados dos processos-chave de suporte ao negócio; e implementa mecanismos (normas, procedimentos, aplicações), em estreita em colaboração com as áreas internas, numa perspetiva de aumento da eficiência e da qualidade na empresa.

A unidade do PMO & QC estabelece um interface entre o Board, Finance e as áreas de produção, promovendo uma visão integrada da dinâmica da organização, e funcionando como catalisador e agente da mudança ao nível da promoção das boas práticas de _Project Management_ e _Quality Management._

**Principais Responsabilidades do Project Controller**
- **Assegurar o acompanhamento e a monitorização dos projetos** em curso, verificando o planeamento/cumprimento de milestones/necessidade de revisão dos pressupostos associados aos mesmos, nomeadamente, âmbito, prazo, orçamento e riscos no decorrer dos ciclos de controlo mensais
- Assegurar o **reporting** às Partes Interessadas sobre os principais constrangimentos dos projetos e apresentar as conclusões da análise do portefólio de projetos, com vista a disponibilizar a informação necessária aos processos de tomada de decisão
- Apoiar na adoção e utilização dos procedimentos, modelos e sistemas de gestão dos projetos
- Prestar suporte na sistematização e interpretação da **informação de progresso** **e **performance dos projetos**:

- Promover e impulsionar uma cultura de Gestão de Projetos através da realização de **ações de sensibilização e de formação** junto das diversas áreas e interlocutores, com vista a difundir as boas práticas e procedimentos internos
- Promover o processo de **melhoria contínua**, fornecendo feedback frequente sobre os procedimentos e os métodos

**Perfil**:

- Formação superior em Gestão, Economia, Finanças, Matemática e áreas relacionadas em Business ou Tecnologias de Informação como Informática e Informática de Gestão
- Formação em **Project Management** **ou **experiência profissional entre a 2 anos e 5 anos na área**:

- Utilizador avançado de Excel, Power Point e Project
- Utilizador de Jira e Confluence (Valorizado)
- Inglês (Intermediate Level)
