Office and Admin Trainee

**About the Office and Admin Intern (IEFP) position**

We are looking for an Office & Admin Trainee to join our team for a dual role dealing with Office management and supporting the Talent team with HR Admin procedures.

This person will perform organisation and coordination of administration duties and office procedures and help us to create and maintain a proper work environment to optimize our organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.

The Office & Admin Trainee will be part of the Talent team, reporting to the Head of Talent.

**What you will do**

You will be covering three main areas:

- Office management (digital and physical office - from digital tools, shared drive, working guidelines, and digital routines, to our physical space management and IT material)
- Admin work (everything related to HR, such as employment contracts, employees information, insurance processes, vacation requests, etc.)
- Talent support (besides handling the admin processes of HR, you will assist some of the key Talent activities, such as team meetings, onboarding & offboarding processes, recruitment, among others)

- Detail and quality oriented
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent social skills and the ability to connect with people
- University degree in a related field (eg. business and/or management)
- Fluent / proficient English level
- You’re eligible for an IEFP internship
