**Job Description**:
This purpose of this role is to support the implementation of HR people initiatives, such as Employee Experience, Learning and Development, Talent and Rewards and Benefits.

HR BP will be a key partner with practice managers and employees in complex and dynamic environment.

**Ø Daily tasks**

HR Business Partner will participate in the following processes:

- Performance Development;
- Employee Engagement Initiatives;
- Career Development;
- Rewards and Benefits;
- Business Leaders Support;
- Employee Support;
- Other HR Processes, such administrative tasks.

**Qualifications**:
**Ø What You May Look Like**
- 1-3 years experience as an HR BP in a multicultural environment;
- People-oriented;
- Very good communication skills;
- Excel Proficiency;
- Great team spirit;
- English Proficiency (written and spoken).
