**Descrição da Função**:

- Gestão e desenvolvimento da plataforma de formação interna do grupo;
- Assegurar que os colaboradores cumprem com as formações obrigatórias;
- Planeamento, controlo e operacionalização do Plano Anual de Formação;
- Procura de novas metodologias de aprendizagem e respetiva implementação;
- Análise de propostas e negociação com fornecedores;
- Gestão da avaliação e desempenho;
- Propor os benefícios anuais da empresa;
- Implementar os processos RH (tendo em conta a política definida centralmente);
- Acolhimento e Integração de novos colaboradores e Gestão do Plano de Integração;
- Elaboração de relatórios e reporte de indicadores;
**Perfil do Candidato**:

- Licenciatura em Recursos Humanos, Psicologia ou similar;
- Experiência mínima de 2 anos em funções similares;
- Excelentes competências analíticas e de organização;
- Espírito de Equipa e boa capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal;
- Elevado sentido de responsabilidade e autonomia;
- Dinâmico e Proativo;
- Excelentes capacidades de comunicação.
