**Job responsibilities**:
**CRM**
- CRM Strategy: supervising the newsletter implementation accordingly the HQ strategy, in order to grow our online customer database and client base.
- Give support during the Events for raising new clients and retain them. (VIC e VICC).
- Loyalty card management
- E-commerce local newsletter adaptation accordingly the HQ plan throughout all the year and do photoshop adaptation of the HQ visuals.

**E-retail**
- Parameterizations of product images - Photoshop adaption of images to fit the right dimensions of the different retailers.
- E-retailers site reviewing - Monitor closely the brand image of Guerlain on all authorized e-retailer websites, carrying out regular e-audits to ensure visuals, copy and assets are up to date and according to guidelines.
- Brandpage reviewing and updates implementation - ensure that all brand spaces follow the specific guidelines, making mockups to implement the monthly changes and adapt contents to add to the page.

**PROFILE NEEDED**
- **MAIN STUDIES**:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Commercial Management, Advertising or related field. Master’s degree is highly valued.
- **LANGUAGES**:English and Portuguese (Fluent C1). French and/or other languages are considered a plus.
- **IT TOOLS**:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point). Knowledge of Adobe Pack and/or CRM platforms is considered a plus **.**:

- **EXPERIENCE**:Previous professional experience in marketing and/or retail positions will be considered a plus.
- **OTHERS**:Possibility of immediate incorporation; Full-time internship; Duration of 1 year.

- It all began with Pierre-François-Pascal Guerlain. A perfumer, chemist, inventor and researcher, the House’s founder settled up his first boutique in the heart of Paris, at 42, rue de Rivoli. The address quickly became an essential destination for dandies and elegant women. The House’s reputation at the courts of Europe peaked when in 1853, for the marriage of Napoleon III and Empress Eugénie, Pierre-François-Pascal created his Eau de Cologne Impériale, which he gave to the young bride as a wedding present.
Since then, five successive generations of Guerlain perfumers have held the House’s creative reins. Today, Thierry Wasser is the heir to an olfactory legacy of some 1100 fragrances and the intrepid leader of future projects, exploring the world in search of the most exclusive raw materials.
