As a Product Support Analyst you will be an ad manager and web technologies expert who delights customers with insights and amazing solutions. You will also be a team player, working with engineers, technical account managers and internal and external support teams to troubleshoot technical issues for publishers.
**Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot and resolve ad serving, reporting and creative issues
- Provide guidance and consultative technical expertise to publisher customers
- Serve as point of contact for internal projects led by our escalation management team to improve client experience and operational effectiveness
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Degree or relevant work experience
- Working experience in IT support
- Google products knowledge (Google AD manager)
- Basic or advanced knowledge of JavaScript
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate complex topics simply to a non-technical audience
- Analytical skills, technically minded and highly detail oriented
- Good knowledge in HTML & CSS
**Required Language Thresholds**:
- French (Level C1/C2)
- English (Level C1)
