SDZ SUPPORT TECHNOLOGIES AND SERVICES LTD is an international company that provides customer support services to reputable financial firms.

One of our biggest clients is IQ OPTION (IQ Option is an international IT company operating in the fintech industry that developed one of the world's best trading platforms for financial instruments).

Now we are looking for a **Corporate Culture Expert** in our **Corporate Communication & Culture team.**

Corporate communications is the essential part of Strategic HR Department. The team streamlines the information flow within the company, supports business and acts as a nervous system for the whole corporation.

**Tasks in the role**
- dealing with management to organize communications, and other solutions;
- conducting individual research and consulting on request;
- Slack channel content management;
- сorporate events and team buildings conduction and creation;
- B-days and anniversary gifts management;
- сlose collaboration with customer care service providers to meet their needs and solve their corporate culture related issues.

**Requirements**:

- practical experience in project management, event management or administration;
- experience of working independently on projects;
- experience of working in the field of customer care satisfaction;
- readiness and desire to help people, find an individual approach to everyone;
- independence, initiative, multitasking, structural thinking, result orientation;
- English C1+;
- Portuguese/Spanish would be an advantage;
