**Your Role as an Implementation Specialist**:
An implementation specialist at Appspace works hand-in-hand with the PMO to be the technical resource for project delivery. Customer facing, you are involved from day 1 on your assigned projects and share the ownership for deploying the customer's Appspace instance. Targeted deliverables depending on project type/scope will vary, but essentially, an implementation specialist' sign-off is the moment when a customer can begin to use their Appspace software and go live.

**A Day in the Life of an Implementation Specialist**:

- Lead customer discovery sessions to establish baseline configurations which serve as benchmarks for project deliverables
- Gather project requirements from each customer and establish an 'out-of-the-box' implementation
- Work hand-in-hand with outsourced companies that handle basic map generation (project specific)
- Implement best practices for Appspace deployments
- Adhere to Quality Assurance processes for acceptable delivery of maps, configurations and setups of the Appspace platform
- Follow-up and maintain customer satisfaction during the lifetime of each project

**What You'll Need**:

- Excellent punctuality and time management
- High level of professional presentability to customers
- Schedule flexibility to accommodate occasional global coverage (occasional out-of-regular office hours work is expected based on team coverage, customer time zones and workload)
- Basic understanding of SaaS cloud architecture/infrastructure
- Advanced knowledge of the Appspace Space Reservations solution
- Advanced knowledge of the Appspace Visitor Management solution
