Asset data department is looking for an Asset Data Specialist

**What you will do**:

- Ensuring the preparation and delivery of the 2024 RARI [Articles 18, 19 and 22], as well as the delivery of LV network information under Decree-Law 15/22 in order to meet the regulatory deadlines.
- Ensuring the correction of settlement errors in Analytical Accounting for the monthly closure of works for the whole of E-Redes.
- Implementation of the inspection sheets in the Maintenance Manuals in the system, promoting the integration of operational asset data with management tools.
- Correction of the Reconciliation Backlog of physical assets to financial assets and Business Support for Asset Management
- Promoting quarterly data quality newsletters, ensuring compliance of reports and continuing to support InfoAssets, ensuring alignment with Asset Areas and Project Design.

**What are we looking for**:

- Bachelor or Master degree (preferably) in Data science, mathematics, engineering or similar,
- Up to 3 years' experience (professional activity in Electrical Engineering);
- Data analysis profile, with great analytical skills and the ability to handle large volumes of data;
- Relevant Operational or Economic-Financial Indicators for the Area:

- Compliance with deadlines and regulatory compliance in the delivery of RARI and DL 15/22
- Compliance with CAPEX and OPEX - in the context of correcting settlement errors;
- Experience in using Big Data tools and platforms, such as Databricks, to process large volumes of data related to technical and financial assets, using Apache Spark to ensure efficiency and scalability in reconciliation operations.
- Automation and Data Processing: Application of automation techniques to speed up and guarantee the quality of physical, financial and registration data.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP in the asset management area, using the platform to optimize processes and guarantee data integrity.
- Teamwork and collaboration in the workplace;
- Good knowledge of English would be an asset,
