We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to help us drive, deliver and contribute to our global healthcare innovation strategy and pilot delivery. You will be supported by a small but growing team and working alongside the Chief Medical Officer, helping us continuously build our market-leading product.

**About the role**

You will be working alongside our Clinical Team and your focus will be any new project regarding digital healthcare innovation or improvement. You may be involved in a wide range of activities, including developing timelines and budgets, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, managing quality control, and ensuring compliance with government regulations.

As a Project Manager, you will:

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
- Monitor progress on projects, communicate with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the work that is being done and resolve any issues that arise
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track the progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

**Who you are**:

- Relevant working experience as a project manager in the information technology, medical care, or clinical research sector
- Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, management or a related field
- Experience in managing projects end-end; from concept to business benefits realisation.
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical challenges, in a simple and effective manner
- Has the ability to manage change and adapt toward new requirements or changes in strategy
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of data analytics tools
- Project Management certifications are a plus
