**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Develop and maintain quality management systems and processes;
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements;
- Use statistical methods to Identify areas for improvement;
- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and increase quality;
- Facilitate continuous improvement across the organization.
**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:
- In-depth knowledge of Systems and Software Development processes, Quality Assurance and Project Management practices;
- Experience with implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS);
- Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements;
- Experience with statistical process improvement methods (preferred);
- Knowledge of CMMI (is a plus);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong problem-solving skills to navigate complex problems;
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work autonomously when faced with ambiguous situations;
- Maintain a highly organized approach to work.
