WIT Software creates products and solutions for the Telecom industry and has a very strong background on Agentic AI, 5G Applications, Messaging, IP Voice and Video, Unified Communications, Telecom services, TV middleware and Fintech. The company has 24 years of existence and works with some of the most relevant Telecom companies from Europe, Japan, United States and Africa.

WIT is developing an innovative software product that leverages emerging concepts from Generative-AI and Agentic AI and promotes the creation of innovative digital services for the Telecom industry. This product is being built to reach millions of users across various geographies worldwide.

We're looking for
Gen-AI Quality Assurance Specialist
to join our product team. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about cutting-edge technologies and have the desire to help in the creation of software products for the global market.

About the Role:

As a Gen-AI Quality Assurance Specialist, you will evaluate and improve the conversational, auditory, and visual capabilities of our Agentic AI product. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, designers, and product specialists, to test, analyze, and optimize the product for quality, contextual relevance, and user experience.

This role goes beyond binary pass/fail testing. We're looking for creative and analytical thinkers from diverse backgrounds, who can assess AI behaviour and user-experience and contribute to the creation of human-centered, intelligent systems through our product.

Key Responsibilities:


• Design and execute test plans for Chat AI, Voice AI, and Visual AI features.


• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, coherence, emotional tone, creativity, and ethical compliance.


• Simulate real-world conversations to uncover strengths and weaknesses in AI interactions.


• Document results, identify failure patterns, and collaborate with engineering and product teams


• Test multilingual and multicultural use cases, ensuring inclusivity and adaptability across regions.


• Participate in human-in-the-loop validation to refine AI model performance.


• Develop testing frameworks and feedback methodologies for audio, text, and visual outputs.

Requirements:


• Degree in any of the following fields: Linguistics, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Communication, Economics, Mathematics, or any other degree that may fulfil the requirements.


• Experience in AI systems testing, UX evaluation, or UX research is an important advantage.


• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for linguistic, tonal, or contextual inconsistencies.


• Curiosity about how AI systems reason, respond, and represent knowledge.


• Ability to describe AI issues with clarity and suggest actionable improvements.


• Special interest in Generative AI and human-computer interaction

Preferred Qualifications:


• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Llama, Midjourney, or similar AI systems.


• Understanding of speech recognition, text-to-speech, and image generation/evaluation tools.


• Experience using testing or annotation platforms for AI model evaluation.


• Multilingual skills or prior experience testing language-based systems in different cultures.
