**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our expanding team in Lisbon. As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a key role in assisting our Italian-speaking customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless overall experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Stay updated on product/service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on processes and suggesting enhancements.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
