Excellent opportunity to join a global pharmaceutical company who is looking for a Medical Lead Oncology.

**Your new role**
This professional will ensure the implementation of the oncology medical affairs strategy to support the business plan and conduct all relevant medical affairs activities within the proper compliance law, ethical standards and company procedures. This professional also develop and support a network of key opinion leaders and key decision makers in hospitals and assure appropriate follow-up in order to enhance visibility of the company and realize product acceptance and use. Develop and implement medical education programs across the scientific community and develop and implement the annual medical plan in close collaboration with teams.

**What you'll need to succeed**
We are looking for a professional with degree in medicine, with significant experience leading and developing medical affairs teams. Completion of residency and/or fellowship in oncology or hematology area is highly preferred. Excellent knowledge and understanding on the regulatory guidelines and fluency in English is required.
