**About the Role**
We're hiring a **Marketing Manager** to lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that drive growth, engagement, and brand presence in football. This is a brand-new role, perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to help shape the direction of a growing product in global football culture.
**What You'll Do**
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (social, paid, influencer, content, community)
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across internal teams and external partners
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and content teams to bring campaigns to life
- Track performance, flag issues early, and optimize processes for better output
- Help build playbooks and systems for repeatable, scalable marketing effortsStay plugged into the football world - trends, communities, cultural moments - and help Sleeper tap into them authentically
**What We're Looking For**
- Self-driven individual with 4+ years of experience in marketing or campaign/project management
- Strong organizational skills - you keep projects on time and on point
- Experience working across international teams and audiences
- Comfortable in a startup environment: resourceful, adaptable, and proactive
- Deep love for football - you follow matches, understand the culture, and speak the language of fans
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skillsHands-on experience working in sport is a plus - with a club, brand, media outlet, or fan-driven initiative
