We are seeking a **Senior Business Analyst** to join our dynamic team.

In this position, you will be responsible for evaluating and refining banking operations. You will work with Temenos Transact software and contribute to functional streams, ensuring excellent service delivery for our clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Analyze business requirements to create functional specifications
- Support Temenos Transact (T24) L1/L2 operations
- Resolve incidents while adhering to the ITIL framework
- Collaborate with stakeholders for optimizing banking operations
- Perform log analysis and debugging through SQL and Unix/shell scripting
- Enable automation of processes to increase operational efficiency
- Utilize ticketing systems like ServiceNow and JIRA to track issues
- Set up CI/CD processes and integrate version control tools
- Monitor payment interfaces and banking transactions effectively
- Provide production support across Retail Banking, Treasury, and Wealth Management
- Keep accurate documentation of T24 core logs and scheduling tools
- Assist in delivering training materials tailored for end-users
- Solicit client feedback to continuously refine workflows
- Test systems thoroughly to confirm functional accuracy

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of Business Analysis experience with emphasis on banking operations
- Proficiency in Temenos Transact (T24) software
- Background in Financial Accounting and Treasury operations
- Knowledge of incident management methodologies and tools
- Understanding of database management principles and SQL
- Familiarity with automation solutions and DevOps frameworks
- Competency in utilizing JIRA and ServiceNow for ticket tracking
- Understanding of banking transaction flows and interface mechanisms
- Experience with monitoring tools and operating systems
- Ability to confidently use English in professional settings

**Nice to have**
- Qualifications in the ITIL framework
- Expertise in Kubernetes container management
- Proficiency in Autosys for job scheduling tasks
- Understanding of SWIFT, SEPA, and RTGS payment protocols
- Experience with the Temenos Interaction framework
