**Position**: IT Delivery Manager (Infrastructure)

**Location**: Porto (Hybrid)

**What You’ll Do**:
The main goal is to support the infrastructure team by building monthly/weekly reports regarding KPI, following vulnerabilities and guaranteeing SLAs delivered to different companies, organizing governance, leading the remediation action plans when needed, and collecting the required audit evidence/documentation.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 5+ years of experience with IT Delivery Management**.**:

- ** Expected skills**:Microsoft PowerPoint, JIRA, Infrastructure Knowledge (Linux, Windows, AWS), Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerBI.
- Fluent in English.
