We are seeking a **Junior HR Assistant**to join our team to provide efficient administrative and operational support across all areas of Human Resources, including Recruitment & Selection, Labor Relations, Payroll and Employee Development & Engagement, ensuring smooth and compliant HR processes.

This is a full-time, on-site position at our Maia, Portugal office.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Administrative & Labor Relations**:Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain employee records, handle basic employee inquiries, and assist with the administration of employee equipment and internship programs.
- **Payroll**:Assist with the administration of time-off requests, support data collection for payroll processing, and help with the organization of payroll and fiscal documentation.
- **Employee Development & Engagement**:Provide administrative assistance for performance evaluations, team surveys, training coordination, and team-building activities.
- Maintain accurate HR records and workflows.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
- Ensure confidentiality and data privacy in all HR related tasks.

**Must Have**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 1-2 years in the Human Resources area.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
- Eager to learn and adaptable.
