You will be part of the B2B Global Supply Chain Team, and actively set the framework for organizational transformation to enable the growth of one of our most promising sales channels

**What you will do**:

- You will be part of the B2B Global Supply Chain Team, and actively setting the framework for organizational transformation and enable the growth of one of our most promising sales channels
- You will work directly with the Head of Retail Supply Chain to prepare the Supply Chain from supply to delivery and to make strategic decisions that will bring the B2B channel to the next level.
- You will take responsibility and bring In your ideas: You will design and execute a B2B strategy balancing customer-centricity and business requirements
- You will make change happen: You will be leading transformation, involving the full Supply Chain network, from suppliers, warehouses, carriers to last mile providers
- You will work internationally: You will align customers, internal stakeholders and external service providers on a European level - supported by strong communication and stakeholder management
- You will develop a monitoring system to follow-up on indicators and relevant data, in order to conceptualize and drive improvements in the current B2B Supply Chain.

**What you have**:

- You have finished a graduation degree in business administration, engineering, logistics or a related field
- You have +5 years of working experience with operations and/or supply chain and/or logistics
- You are a self-starter and can work independently
- You have a strong understanding of supply chain and logistics and can derive strategic concepts for an excellent Supply Chain
- You have a positive mindset to overcome problems and to find out of box - solutions
- You enjoy working with different teams and take high ownership for your tasks
- You are strong analytically and have a strong appetite for making evidence-based rational decisions
- You consider multiple aspects when making business-relevant, pragmatic decisions, balancing customer-centricity and business requirements
- You are fluent in English
