**We are hiring a** Solution Owner HR**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- We are looking for a **Solution Owner for HR Systems**to join our **TechHub**
- You will be responsible and accountable for providing technology solution leadership from concept to the retirement of all HR Systems. You will act as the day-to-day leader of a global team comprising internal staff and external partners, to manage the solution/product life cycle end-to-end - solution concept/strategy to product sunset.
- The immediate focus of this role will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of the SAP SuccessFactors suite within the organization. The role involves IT project management/solution delivery: collaborating with cross-functional teams, obtaining requirements, configuring the system, ensuring alignment with business goals, and supporting user adoption.
- You will work closely with the Executives, Senior Leaders, and practitioners in HAVI Technology and Supply Chain Human Resources (HR) to develop a solution strategy and roadmap and execute the roadmap.

**THE SKILLS**

**To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you**:

- 8+ years of experience in IT Product & Service Development - strong product management, project management, and technology delivery leadership experience
- Experience in driving transformational organizational and technology change within IT solution/product delivery functions.
- Strong experience in strategy development and execution of technology roadmap, technology project/solution delivery management and product life cycle management in the areas of HR Systems specifically SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience in leading teams using appropriate delivery methodologies and tools such as Waterfall, Agile, DevOps, DevSecOps etc.
