Solution Owner WMS

My Client trades in more than 45 countries around the world. Founded in 1974, my client employs more than 10,000 people and serves customers in more than 100 countries.

**Job Description**:
As the Warehouse Management Solution Owner, you will play a critical role as the primary business partner for the Warehouse Management Solution space. You will be responsible for providing technology solution leadership throughout the entire lifecycle of all WMS products, both existing and new, from conception to retirement. Collaborating closely with Executives, Senior Leaders, and practitioners in my Clients Technology and Supply Chain Operations, you will spearhead the development of a comprehensive solution strategy and roadmap, and oversee its successful execution.

**Responsibilities**:
Act as the key business partner for the Warehouse Management Solution space, providing technology solution leadership.
Develop and maintain a robust solution strategy and roadmap for WMS products, ensuring complete lifecycle management from inception to product sunset.
Collaborate with Executives, Senior Leaders, and practitioners to align the solution with organizational objectives and goals.
Lead a global team comprising internal staff, external partners, Sr. Solution Analysts, Solution Analysts, and resources from cross-functional teams.
Provide day-to-day leadership to the team, overseeing all aspects of the WMS solution/product lifecycle.
Foster seamless cross-functional collaboration to effectively execute the solution strategy.
Evaluate and recommend enhancements to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Warehouse Management Solution.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance WMS offerings.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in technology solution ownership and leadership, with a focus on Warehouse Management Solutions.
In-depth understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle management, encompassing concept to product retirement.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to develop and execute solution strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Track record of leading global teams and effectively managing resources from diverse functional backgrounds.
Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Flexibility to adapt to evolving requirements and industry trends.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced qualifications are advantageous.
