**What you will be doing**:

- Serve as the strategic owner of planning technology solutions, leading from concept to retirement of all related products and platforms.
- Develop and execute a robust solution strategy and roadmap in close collaboration with Supply Chain Planning and Analytics functions.
- Lead a global team including internal analysts and external partners, managing the full product lifecycle - from strategy and design to deployment, operations, and sunsetting.
- Define and optimize solution architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and infrastructure performance standards.
- Support Data & Analytics teams to ensure effective integration of BI and planning platforms.
- Manage the financials of the product portfolio, driving cost optimization, compliance, and effective use of cloud and software licensing.
- Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement, user adoption across markets, and a strong planner user experience.
- Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, leading strategic product discussions and governance boards.

**What we are looking for**:

- Several years of experience in IT product and service delivery, with strong skills in product management, project leadership, and technology execution
- Strong hands-on experience in delivering technology transformation in Planning and Supply Chain Management domains
- Previous experience with Oracle platforms and Microsoft Azure technologies (e.g., ADF, Databricks).
- Background in data engineering concepts - integration, architecture, modeling - and experience working with hybrid (cloud/on-prem) environments
- Familiarity with a wide range of delivery methodologies including Agile, DevOps, DevSecOps, and Waterfall
- Strong leadership profile with the ability to influence stakeholders, drive performance, and align product vision with business objectives
- Proven track record of scaling innovative planning and analytics solutions
- Experience participating in or leading product or governance boards
- Demonstrated ability to optimize cloud infrastructure and manage total cost of ownership
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
