**What you will be doing**:**
- Act as a strategic partner for the Warehouse Management Solutions space, owning the full lifecycle from concept to product retirement.
- Define and execute the technology strategy and roadmap for WMS products in collaboration with business and IT leadership.
- Lead a global, cross-functional team including Senior, Mid-level, and Junior Solution Analysts, as well as external partners.
- Ensure successful end-to-end delivery of WMS products - from initial strategy through deployment, optimization, and decommissioning.
- Drive transformational change and modernization within warehouse operations through technology.
- Engage with executive stakeholders to align product development with business goals and operational needs.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and ownership within the product and delivery teams.

**What we are looking for**:**
- Several years of experience in IT product and service delivery, with strong product management and leadership capabilities.
- Previous experience leading technology and organizational transformation initiatives, particularly in WMS.
- In-depth understanding of warehouse operations and related logistics technologies.
- Proven experience managing global teams and working with diverse delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, DevOps, etc.).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional priorities.
- Solid track record in talent development and team performance management.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.

**What will be a plus**:**
- Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and coordination across teams.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with project and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, and Jira.
