**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the maintenance of Jira and Confluence projects, workflows, permissions, users, and security.
- Utilize Jira & Confluence to devise creative solutions for unique use cases.
- Engage in scripting, plugin installations, permission management, troubleshooting, workflow configuration, and project creation within JIRA and Confluence.
- Manage license tracking, upgrades, and timely renewal notifications.
- Implement and maintain Jira plugins and integrations to augment functionality.
- Collaborate on migration projects from on-premise to cloud-based Atlassian solutions, aiming for continuous expansion and enhancement of the toolset.

**Profile sought**:
**Degree**: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

**Experience**:

- Proven ability in installing JIRA/Confluence/BitBucket from scratch and fine-tuning environments for optimal performance.
- Advanced workflow design and implementation.
- Proficiency in Groovy and JavaScript within Script runner add-ons.
- At least 3 years of customer support and technical experience with Atlassian products.
- Atlassian Certified JIRA or Confluence Administrator preferred.

**Technical Skills**:

- Deep knowledge of the Atlassian product suite, including configuration aspects like workflows, permissions, and security.
- Certification in Atlassian products and experience with Jira Service Management and Jira Software is a plus.
- Knowledge of databases and advanced query writing skills.
