**Your mission**:
is to lead the development and improvement of a solution via a structured delivery framework, ensuring the support via Dev-Ops or managed service contracts, in close alignment with the Product Owner and/or BPO in the business functions, and with functional support. This role’s mission is also to break silos between functions with an end-to-end ambition to integrate them seamlessly.

**Your Responsibilities**:
- Translate D&T priorities and projects/solutions portfolio to actionable items and determine designs based on requirements (functional, technical, budget, timing, etc.), in full alignment with all stakeholders;
- Actively contribute and participate in the operational activities to improve changes, taking into account business objectives and delivered insight;
- Supports the development and improvement of the fit for purpose Domain and Solution Architecture;
- Monitor, guard and analyze the functional and technical aspects of Solution (s) in scope in line with the agreed performance indicators and defined ways of working;
- Support the identification of business needs, translating them into input for functional design and new or revised functionalities to relevant stakeholders and verifies the impact and the execution of the changes for the business;
- Ensure and maintain system and user documentation;
- Maintain and build relationships with internal customers and relevant external parties;
- Proactively assess and propose innovative technological solutions for supporting the business processes of the multiple areas of the company, enabling process efficiency and optimization;
**We want you to bring**:
- Degree in Technology or other relevant (Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management or equivalent) required, Master’s preferable;
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in large and complex organizations and/or IT industry and/or multinational organizations;
- Relevant experience with specific knowledge in designated solution and (preferably) in the designated functional area;
- Affinity with the technological medium, trends and tools (within respective solution and functional area);
- The ability to empathize with business needs, to translate this into technology;
- Previous experience with working in projects, IT Solutions and/or Architectural principles;
- Portuguese (Fluent);
- English (minimum B2).
